Transcript for "Your AI Fulfillment Agent Has Entered the Chat":
Hi, and welcome, everyone, and thank you so much for joining the next webinar in our AI series. Today, we are unpacking Bobby, which is our ShipBob in app fulfillment agent. Sagar and Kash will show you how you can ask Bobby anything directly from a chat in your ShipBob dashboard. Bobby will read your fulfillment data and does the work and confirms every change so nothing moves without you, confirming any action. We're also super excited. We've been running the beta for the last couple of months now. And for ShipBob customers that are joining us today, we are opening up our beta to five new merchants at the end of this webinar. So please head over to the docs tab to fill out the entry form. We would love to include more merchants in our beta and test out Bobby before it goes live. So quick bit on us first before we go into the demos, which I'm sure everyone is excited to see. Our mission here at ShipBob, if you're new at new to ShipBob, is to help ecommerce brands deliver delightful shopper experiences through our supply chain and fulfillment. Everything we show you today ladders up to this and how it evolves, especially with our AI solutions. You'll hear from three of us today. Sagar, who is our distinguished engineer, and Cash App, our principal software development engineer. And, of course, me, I lead our product brand and product marketing teams here at Chipbob. And I'm just very excited again for y'all to hear from Sagar and Cash. They are the folks that have built a lot of what you're going to see. So, again, before we dive in, I just wanna give a little bit of background on why we're doing this AI series and what AI looks like at ShipBob and in the industry. So I think it's no surprise to anyone here that AI is compressing timelines for building software, everywhere you look. Projects that used to take weeks now ship in days, and that is the expectation. But there's a catch that a lot of people miss. It's easy to stand up AI ready technology. You can do it in a day, a weekend, but you can't do that as quickly with a supply chain. It's not just code. It's inventory, people, warehouses, exceptions, customer trust. It all moves together. And when you are, you know, uniting the software and the physical, it can get tricky. So everyone might have an AI story these days, but far fewer have the stack and the expertise to really make that the physical and the software work together well, but ShipBob does. Our founders are engineers first, and owning that technology end to end has been our plan and part of our strategy since day one. Our systems don't just report on our operations. They run them, and that is the core difference, which is really the point. I'll show you our full stack. Here's our foundation underneath all of this. We've owned our full stack for over now twelve, almost thirteen years now. This is our warehouse management system, our decision engine, the merchant app, the transportation logic. It's been built by more than 300 engineers and AI builders, and it's all been done in house deliberately, not a side effect. Owning the stack end to end means we can move faster than any teams that's renting or duct taping together third party tools. And it's made, embedding AI and machine learning really easy, and it's already live in production in our platform. You have our fulfillment engine where we're controlling inventory placement optimization and directing our WMS and warehouse operations to be as efficient as possible. We have our transportation network engine that is allowing us to hit 90 almost 98 delivery date accuracy and optimize for carriers based on cost and performance down to the ZIP code level. This is been this has been compounding for years. And we are certainly not stopping here. So the action layer that I feel like a lot of folks are really missing with AI that I mentioned, it has a name here at ShipBob. It's ShipBob AI. So front and center, we have Bobby that you'll hear about today, our in app agent, alongside ShipBob MCP, our AI hub and our merchant app where you can discover our latest capabilities and open MCP act connectivity into tools like Claude. So I'll I'll stop giving you all the context and hand it over to Sagar to tell you how our beta is going so far and how merchants are using Bobby so far in our beta. Thank you, Britney. So hello, everyone. This is Sagar. I'm really excited, to walk everyone through the Bobby, which is our merchant app dashboard agent. So as Britney mentioned, we were working through the beta program. So as part of the beta, we engaged with one fifty plus beta merchants. So me and my team work very closely with the merchants and, work work through them to figure out what are the use cases that will help them. So here are some stats. Look at these stats, which clearly shows, Bobby was used not just for querying, the system, but also for taking actions. So, it it expanded all the way from orders, inventory, products, and shipments. Also, I wanted to talk a little bit about our Ask Analytics layer. So Ask Analytics is a special, tool, which is basically powered through our BI layer. It has access to all the, all the fulfillment stats, information that you can easily access right from Bobby now. So think of it as previously, you would have to download an Excel and, go through all the data, crunch the numbers, and figure it out. And now you can do it right from Bobby. So it looks from all your fulfillment data from last two years, thirty days, ninety days, whatever you want, and it will give you an insight in a presentable way that we're gonna see in a second. Also, we engage with this one fifty merchants to understand the use cases, and the demo that we're gonna show is going to be highlighting, those use cases which are most relevant for businesses like you. So without further delay, I'll get into the live demo. Alright. So here's before we get into the demo, I would like to show how you can access Bobby. So here's the merchant dashboard, which all of you are familiar with. Bobby can be accessed in multiple ways. On the left navigation, we have a ask Bobby icon, which is right there, and you can click on it, and you can access the full screen. Also, you have on the bottom right section where usually the chat button for the human agent existed. It is also now Bobby. So as part of this journey, we have unified, Bobby, with the human agent experience, which we're also gonna show in a second. So without further delay, I'll click it, and we'll start with a couple of important use cases that will help you, accomplishing your fulfillment needs and as you work through Bobby through this peak season as well. So, when you click on Bobby, you'll get, get prompted about the screen, and we will get started. So before I get started, the two things that matters for three p l while choosing a three p l, for every business owners is, hey. Are my orders getting shipped on time? Or and are my orders getting delivered to the customer on time? So how can you get that data right from merchant dashboard is our first use case that we're gonna show. So with a simple prompt, I will, trigger Bobby. And now what Bobby is doing is accessing the fulfillment data that I have on my account, which is in sandbox, to gather all the fulfillment stats, looking from how many orders are shipped, which warehouse it was shipped from, all the time zone, and other things, and it's going to present me the data. So this is all happening on ShipBob's infrastructure through the Ask Analytics tool. So think of it as instead of downloading Excels, it is all happening in the BI layer, and it will give you the information that makes more sense to you. Also, one important thing is, like, the definitions of the stats are defined by ShipBob. So if you were using Claude, Claude might not completely understand what, the on time delivery means. But since Bobby is our native agent, we have put some special guardrails that you can easily, get the metrics that matters. And this was also something we worked with our beta merchants to make and refine these metrics better. While Bobby is working, I'm gonna show you a couple of cool features in Bobby that we have also invested in. So on the top of the screen, you will see display modes, which is basically, right now you're seeing the full screen, but you can with the tap of a button, you can make it floating. So this is basically something that you can use on the side if you're working through the dashboard without, taking your entire thing. You can scroll through the applications without interrupting your flow. And, also, you can see Bobby working on the right side. Then we have, the side drawer, but also the cool feature of floating is you can expand this window to the size you want. And then side drawer is very specific, same thing, but as you're very familiar with other places throughout the app, it gives you a very native experience throughout. Cool. So it looks like Bobby came back with an answer. So let's see what the stat says. So, clearly, it shows, hey. September is a partial month. The on time ship rate has been 98%. Right? So 37,000 orders, it processed in, in less than a minute, and also the on time delivery rate, which looks pretty cool. Right? And now, parts also shows me a graph, so I can easily visualize month over month all the way from June till today and also in a tabular form. So since this is a dashboard agent, the look and feel of all these metrics are very, very much, like, seamless across the through across the app, along with the functionalities like filtering and all that. You can filter, right from this, from the Bobby's interface. And, also, if, let's say, the next thing is you wanna share it with your team, we have a we have export to PDF option right here, which you can click, and Bobby is gonna gather, download in a in a very presentable report that you can share with your team on either Slack or whatever communication medium you use in your company. So you saw in a in a matter of minute, I was able to get a metric that previously I would have to reach out to ShipBob or, like, gather all this information from orders page, export reports, crunch numbers, but it was straightforward for me asking Bobby. So now, now that we know the fulfillment stats and on time delivery, let's jump into some use cases, which could also, help me, understanding my inventory stats. So the other thing during peak season or throughout the year for a business owner is, hey. Which inventory I'm running out of stock? Is there any way I can fix it proactively without having to go through my inventory planning sheets and all that? So since ShipBob has all the data, I'm gonna continue that use case as well. So for this, I'll start a new conversation, and then let's give a simple prompt, which is, hey. Let's tell me which SKUs are running out of stock in the next thirty days. Again, this is a thirty days chart, that I'm asking, Bobby to look for. So it's gonna use our Ask Analytics tool, which is, again, the BI layer I explained just a minute back. And while Bobby is booking, I'm gonna show you a couple of, more functionalities that we have added in Bobby. So if you go to conversations, you can see all the history of your conversations right available, and you can also click it to enter it. So it preserves there. You can edit the names if it makes more meaningful to you, and, also, you can delete. While Bobby is working, you can see that it's activated and you can see a spinning logo right there. Then we have some settings that we added in Bobby. As the owner of the account, you can choose to opt out of Bobby AI at any time. So this is all transparent right in your hands, and also there is notification sounds. So many times you can ask Bobby some question, walk through it, and you might get distracted. So if you have notification sounds enabled, if you go across different tabs, Bobby will, just notify you when the response is ready so you don't have to waste time looking at the same screen for a long time. Cool. So as you can see, it looked at the inventory velocity from last couple of days, and Bobby came back with an answer that, hey. You do have a a notable item, which is a a swag shirt gray, which is out of stock. So this is this gives me a very clear indication that, hey. This is the item that I should be replenishing next, and I can take an action. But, also, it gave me couple of next steps so that I can, focus on that. For example, it asked me, hey. You want me to pull the full rank list? And it can actually get that information. Tableau, for the sake of the demo, I'm not gonna proceed with that, but I'm gonna, do a use case so that I can actually, fetch the information for this inventory specifically to even look inside of what how much inventory do I have. Okay. So with that, I can just give a simple prompt, asking the breakdown of this particular SKU across the network. For now, also you can see the thinking block is, visible to you, which is basically how Bobby's thinking. Right? So it currently is calling the tool get inventory level, and it is getting all this information from our APIs through the MCB layer. So it gave me that, hey. You have 10 units available, which is fulfillable across the network, and it even gave me the breakdown for the locations I have access and ship on network. So structured gray as fulfillable 10 units, I can easily, like, even sort it out. In this case, it was sorted by the highest quantity. So I can see that, hey. This is nowhere in the network, and I need it's only available in one in a valley. Now, I am gonna ask Bobby, to create a WRO. Also, if you notice, there are some next prompts that are available, Bobby, which is suggesting you to take next actions. So this is also cool functionality, which is powered by Bobby to know and predict what your next possible moves could be. So, I'm gonna give it a prompt for restocking this particular skill in Moreno Valley since Moreno Valley is out of stock and almost running out of stock with 10 units. Cool. So now if you look at the thinking block again, you will notice there is a special, first line, which is called scale. So I wanna talk a little bit about it. So while designing Bobby, we, we we were very particular about how can we make Bobby better than other AI agents. And skills is as a skills, think of it as completely ship off vetted, workflows, which is going to help you gather all the information necessary for creation of WRO in this case and think of other use cases like creating of a b to b orders because not every order creation is the same and not every WRO or workflows are the same. So ShipBob defined the set of things that you would need to create WROs. And in this case, it asked me, that, hey. You have two sites, which is with the in Moreno Valley area. So which one do you want to send? I'm gonna simply tell that, hey. This is the site that I want to send to. And as you can see, it also made some assumptions that, hey. I'm gonna, create the estimated, arrival date of September 24. I can choose to change it, but I'm gonna continue for this demo. Also, it asked me about the tracking number, which is not available, for this WRO, and this is all coming because of our skill. So skill is telling Bobby that, hey. If the merchant has not provided this information, keep asking so that you have this information before you make an attempt to create. So I'm gonna call I'm just gonna give a dummy tracking number here to let Bobby create a WRO. So it's thinking, and, looks like I provided all the information to it, 3,000 units. So let's see how Bobby, reacts to this one. Yeah. Also, one of the thing, one of the design tenant for designing Bobby was that it will ask you for confirmation. If it's making any changes to your data, it is going to ask for confirmation. So this is how it will look like whenever you're making any update to your data, like in this case, WRO. And it will ask show you very transparently what all information is gonna put in that WRO or orders for that matter. So here it says, I'm gonna create everything in one box. These are the dates, and it asked me for creation. And I also can choose to decline if I think something is wrong here. So for this case, I'm gonna continue because everything looks perfect to me. So I clicked create WRO, and now Bobby is doing its magic and calling a tool. So this is the this is, like, the first time it's calling a create tool in this demo, which is creating a WRO, and it's also showing you which one and how long it took. It looks like it's succeeded, and it's just, giving me creating a summary for me. Alright. So voice that it was created successfully. It's awaiting. Also gave me a link. So let's see how this WRL looks like in our merchant dashboard and see if if it created with exactly the quantity and SKU that I expected it to be. While this is loading, let's read what other things it said. It also gave me, you know, some things that I can view. So it's sent to the hub. If you notice, I asked it to send Moreno Valley. It detected that you have to send to the hub so to get that in the network. So it automatically corrected it. Alright. And, also, as soon as I clicked on the on the page, Bobby just appear on on the right. So that's all seamless integration. And now coming into oh, so, yeah, there's 3,000 units. Good for the grace queue, all this inventory ID. All looks good. Your number matches with what I asked for. So perfect. This would have usually taken your time, for using Excel sheets and then get creating from manually from the dashboard. But now you even ask the question to Bobby, and you were just asked able to clear WRO by simple prompts. But, also, as you can notice, it suggested again the next possible actions you can take. For example, pulling the box labels because it's very natural if you create a WRO. You want to pull the box labels and send and put it on the give it to the manufacturer so that they can print it and send it along with the inventory or cancel something as well. So that's also, it will keep suggesting as you're going through it. Cool. So now what we just saw is, how how you can manage your fulfillment metrics in matter of seconds, and then how you can actually take some actions with your inventory, getting out of stock, which are most important for a lot of business owners. So now that we've seen this, we'll switch our focus to orders because that's the next most important thing. Right? So inventory and products. So for products, the thing that, occurs very frequently is, hey. Some orders we don't have inventory for, where they are setting an exception and ship out. How do we fix it? And as a business owner, you sometimes have to make choices of, hey. Do we expedite that order, or do we swap the inventory, or how do we do it? Right? So this is all in the past done through, merchant dashboard. Or if you're using MCP, you can use Claude. But you have a third way now, which is Bobby right from the dashboard agent. So we'll start a new conversation, and we'll start a simple prompt of just asking Bobby if I have any out of stock orders. Right? So based on this, request, Bobby is fetching the information, looking at your order data and shipment data, and just giving you the information what matters to you because you asked just for the out of stock orders. Cool. So Bobby's just summarizing the information right now for me. And, also, you can have multiple conversations with Bobby. Let's say you're working with orders. You can also do shipments, in multiple tabs. As you can see, there are multi shipment multiple conversations, and it keeps a history, and you can and you can see it. Oh, let's see when Bobby produces a list. Looks like I have a lot of exception orders. Bobby's taking a little while to that information. Cool. Okay. So it came back with 15 orders. So yeah. So you see, like, there's two things. It gave me the information that matters most at the top. Like, hey. You have 15 orders, but also give me a breakdown of these orders right below that. So these 15 orders, so what to do with it? Right? So Bobby summarized for me so that I don't have to go through this table one by one. It said, hey. The blocking item is this. Right? And in the previous part, we just know that this inventory is what we are awaiting shipment, so it's not not going to come anytime tomorrow. What do we do with that? Right? So as a business owner, I have a choice. Either I can reach out to the customer and say, hey. Wait for another week. This inventory is getting restocked, or I can simply swap this inventory, with a different one. So since it's swag, item gray, I'll see if there is any other item in the network which is from the same swag shirt but a different color. Right? Because we have a simple prompt to check if there is other in other variants from the same product which has some stock and ship up, and on do it, I want it to fetch me the inventory levels. Now if you look at the thinking block, it is it is calling chain of different requirement different tools. Because I asked it to do swag chart, it is first checking the products and fetching all the products that exist in this family and then fetching with the inventory levels for that by fulfillment center. Okay. So, also, you can see reasoning while it's preparing. So it's found, three inventories, looks like black, and gray. And here's the presentation, which is much easier to read than the thinking block. Okay. So gray is 10 units. I have black, which is available 2,000. So I'm gonna go ahead and simply ask, it to swap it to the black SKU. Also, it gave me a breakdown, by the way, for each one of these. So all swag shirts, but also for gray, it gave me a specific one. So now, since, I didn't want it to wait, I'm gray and black. I'm okay sending the swag shirt to the customers. I'm gonna I'll just ask it. And now what it's doing is, swapping. Right? So swap is a right operation. For right now, what Bobby is doing is gathering all the information that is needed to swap the item, which means it's gonna check the current orders, how it looks, and then gonna swap. So for shipment, it's confirming that, hey. I'm gonna replace this gray, with the black. Right? So are you do you wanna proceed? In this case, I will say yes. Go ahead. So right now, it's gonna confirm for all the orders. That's fetching the information again. Yep. So it's getting all the 15 orders that assign exception. Just to double check, nothing drifted between when I asked and, now. So, also, one cool thing is Bobby will execute these queries in parallel, as you can see, so to save time. And right now, it is fetching all the information for 15 shipments, and you can see all that happening. Let's give it a minute. Alright. Looks like it's almost there. Alright. So, yeah, yeah, Bobby was preparing a confirmation as I previously mentioned, before making any change. It is going to ask for confirmation. So here's the summarized view. It is telling me what I'm gonna do with these orders, and then looks good because the other inventory ID is 17 to confirm. So once I confirmed, as of, like, Bobby immediately fired the update queries, all in parallel so that we can, get all these orders updated quickly. And now it's just going to confirm, and we can see in a second. Alright. So it's then hey. I was able to update 15 items and also gave me a total unit quantity because now I'm feeling so I can make sense. I had 2,000 units and 700 are utilized. So do I need to, fulfill more or not? Cool. Let's go to the merchant dashboard quickly and see how it looks. So orders are still out of stock. Looks like it. So let's ask Bobby, why are these orders stuck? And it also, gave me that question ahead of time, that, hey. Do you want me to check the exception list if it's cleared? So I could have just followed that, but, also, you can ask it. Right. So now it gave me that, hey. The black is available only in Moreno Valley. Right? And the gray was not. So I'm gonna ask it, to basically, change the fulfillment. Enter to. Alright. So now, this order was already pointing to grapevine, and that was one of the reason why this order was getting stuck. And now Bobby is going to reassign these orders to a different fulfillment center, relieving these orders to processing. So first, it's making sure that it understands for an array of c. So it's calling the f c tool. And as you can see, it's changing the assignment. And, again, it called all these assigned fulfillment center in parallel. And you can also collapse this thinking block if it's too too much information. Alright. So all the all the orders are now reassigned to Moreno Valley, where the black SKU exist. So we're gonna go back to the dashboard and quickly check. So, see, I was able to resolve, the exception orders, and now they're all moved to processing, and they have a black SKU. So let's look at one of the order just to make sure that auditability is still existing there. So when you were talking to Bobby, since I'm logged in, as my user, it is keeping a track of what information, who updated it, all in the timeline logs so that you can see it. And right now, it popped to processing because the FC, which had inventory, was there. Good. So this is this is what you were able to do. Very quickly, click an order, find the problem, resolve it just from the chat interface. So now let's say I want to you know, this is an angry customer, and I know I don't want to delay this order. I can ask Bobby to also expedite a specific order, right from the chat. So let's go to the chat again and say well, actually, I'll go to that conversation which I was doing. Can you create? Yeah. And, also, you don't need to be exact about we understand ShipBob's jargon of what expedited means and all that. So it is automatically going to take out, call the right tool and make the change. So, again, it's confirming because it's a action to update the shipping method, and it's going to make the change. So Bobby is working on making that change. Cool. So it updated. So this is a shipping method on my account. It is not ship Bob's expedited ship option, and it was able to understand what I was saying and convert it into ShipBob jargon and, update update the order. So let's do one last step to verify if this order actually got updated. Okay. So I'll search this order specifically, and let's make sure this is yep. Ship option was updated. Also, it was visible on the timeline. Cool. So that was, that was simple, what we saw in last couple of minutes, twenty minutes as you were able to find problems. You were able to do the fulfillment reports that matters to you. You will create WROs for the inventory that was depleting right from the chat interface. One last thing, since Bobby is in beta, and, as you're walking through different use cases, you might find that, hey. It would be better if Bobby would be able to do this. Or, hey, if Bobby's response was good, but not great. So I wanted to be given a share of the feedback with Shivoff. So we really encourage you to share feedback, and you can do so by two ways. Let's say this is something that I didn't like. I can do a thumbs down and share a feedback right here. Or you can also ask Bobby about I'd like to share feedback. Or just to ship Bob, and Bobby will understand, and you can report directly from here. So I really encourage all of you, to share, the feedback as you work through different aspects of Bobby. So it's asking me if I want a positive, add some bug. Oh, and it, one good thing it was gonna do is it's gonna gather all the context from this, conversation, prepare a comment for Shipab, and send to Shipab right from the chat. Yeah. That's great. One last thing before, I hand it over and open it for q and a as, for actually, for Britney is also Bobby has, the human agent thing. Previously, it used to be a separate chat, but now Bobby and human agent chat is all merged together. So you don't have to go between two different interfaces. You can click right from here and talk to a human agent. And the good part about that is Bobby's gonna summarize all the conversations you have had so you don't have to repeat to ship up customer care, and that is going to be, transferred. And you can chat right from Bobby. Cool. With that said, thank you. I'll pass it back to Britney. Awesome. Well, thanks, Sagar. And I'm about I'll pass it back to you for for questions. But I'll just reiterate for those of you before we dive in. Please, if you're a ShipBob customer, you're interested in becoming a part of the Bobby beta and providing us feedback and testing before we go live with all ShipBob customers very soon, please scan the QR code and submit the form. We will pick five lucky, merchants to enable later this week. Awesome. So I know we've gotten a lot of questions coming in, and some of them we've, I think, answered. So I will, I think we should still answer them for the rest of the group. So thank you all so much for adding great questions. We'll keep asking them because we've got about fifteen minutes or so. So I'll start from the the first one. We got I'll just say we got a lot of questions around the URLs and Bobby Sagar. So, I'll I'll just ask a few of them. So Diane asked, can you upload a sales summary from a supplier? When asking Bobby to create a WRO, can it pull the figures directly from a document? And Cash answers one if you wanna answer it out loud too. Sure. Sure. Yeah. So right now, Bobby, as you saw in the chat interface, it does not allow you to upload images or files, which is coming soon, which we are working on. But what you can do is actually, copy that if it's a PDF or whatever. You can just copy that text and throw it all in that. Don't worry about the formatting of the content right in the chat, and Bobby will be able to understand it. So that's the way I would do today. But, yeah, that feedback we are working through so we can allow file uploads, and Bobby will be able to do that very soon. Awesome. What about, Diana also asked, what about, being able to edit WROs after they have been. Cool. Yeah. That's a great question. So that's a limitation actually? on our MCP. Bobby and MCP will be launched together for making edits. That is something in works, that we will be sharing, but it's not available as of today. But that's a very common feedback when getting also for edits. You can, for now, if you have to do it, you can cancel it and recreate. So you can just ask Bobby that, hey. I want to make a change, and, can you cancel this and create a new one? So that's how, currently it's supported. Awesome. Okay. This one's a bit broader. So so and you and I have chatted about this, but what would you say are the best use cases or instances where you would use Bobby versus using our MCP within Claude? Great question. So, I would think of both are different. They they do the same thing, right, but they are different, needs. So for example, clod and MCP clod with MCP, you will use it for any operation that you wanna automate, routines, or things like that at, like, on a fixed schedule, proactive, practically getting reports or, like, notifications you can set up with Claude. Bobby, where it comes is, like, if you're very, you know, if you're using a dashboard, if you stay there, if you're using checking our reports and things like that, Bobby just is an is very integrated into our dashboard and has been working through we're making it a first class citizen and making sure it's very seamless experience. So you won't have to go between two different apps and use it directly from Shiphub. Second thing is you don't need your cloud subscription for it. It is all, within the Shiphub dashboard, and it's running on our hosted, providers, and we're working through that. So that's one use case. Other thing that I mentioned is skills. Right? So Bobby, because it's our, homegrown AI agent, we will always have skills specific to ShipBob's use cases. So it is always going to, be much better, and it will be, it will not hallucinate on things that MCP and Claude could be. But though our goal is that MCP and Bobby stay at par, so whatever is your preference, you should be able to do it either way. Awesome. And because you're I feel like this one just kind of goes naturally. Nicola just asked in the chat, can Bobby connect to chat GBT? So if you wanna. ex explain how that works with, like, our MCP. connecting and what's. coming there. has come couple of times. Like, should Bobby be able to connect to other connectors? We don't have that in our road map right now, but that's a very interesting thought. Even when Cash and we were discussing it, it was like, hey. Should Bobby connect to Salesforce, like, like Teams, for example, so that you can actually pull information? We we are giving a thought to it, and if if it comes, we'll, definitely inform everyone. But, yeah, that's not on the current road map right now. But keep sharing feedback. Okay. Like, that's the thing we want to hear so we can shape it, and you all can be part of this. Yeah. Like, it I just have to applaud you and the team have been so great about getting merchant feedback, and so much of what we put into our road map is based on what we hear from y'all. So if that's useful, let us know, and we will try to bake it in. Okay. The next big topic, there were a couple questions around this, were permissions. So Tristan asked, can Bobby or sorry. It was Jan who asked, does everyone give an access to Bobby? And then we had another person ask, can you confirm us there if there's a way to restrict access to read only? Do you wanna talk through permissions and access Yeah. together? Sure. Yeah. Sure. So that's a good question that came out actually during our beta, exercise with the users that we had, one fifty plus users. So that was, something we actually worked on. So since currently, Bobby is in beta, and it's still coming for GA for all the users this part, the permissioning, currently, as soon as we launch, it will be available for everyone. And, still, you have to opt in, though. So without opting into Bobby, you cannot use Bobby. It's basically going to be like, a button, which you can see, once we launch it. Talker permissioning as a org owner, you have two things. You can either restrict all AI capability of Bobby across your org if you don't wanna use it. Also, you can restrict read access versus write for your team. So read versus write, we are currently working to make it self serve. As of today, it's, we do have permissioning controls, but it's not self serve in our dashboard. So we're working to make sure before GA, we can have it in our dashboard. So team is actively working on it before GA. So you will be able to do controls of, hey. I don't I want my customer service team to be able to write, but I don't want rest of the org to actually do any write operations, but they should be able to read information across the Bobby. So that that levers you already have. Hopefully, that was helpful. It is. And let us know in the chat if you would agree. But, and, again, we are in beta right now, so a lot of exactly how permissions were how you'll be able to, opt in and what those settings look like will come as we get closer to general availability. But, the other area where I'm seeing quite a few, questions around just, like, what Bobby can and can't do. So there were a lot around WROs. We got. a question around, can customer addresses be updated? Can Bobby submit claims? So I think it would be good for you to go through this slide. Yeah. Yeah. So I think this is something, and even internally in ShipBob, this is us. Like, hey. What can Bobby do? So we, created this. This is high level. I'll give a little bit more detail. So whatever you can do in MCP, you can do in Bobby. Like, that's by design. Like, that's always going to be true as we work through it, but Bobby will be able to do a little bit more than that. That's our goal. And if you see on the left side, it can answers inventory, WRO, all these, order tools that we have, billing and all that. Few things that cannot do today, like file uploads, which, someone already asked question about for WRO, which we're working on. Filing claims was another asked topic. Can you claim file a claim from Bobby? Billing disputes and credits, you cannot do. And, FC specific fulfillment center specific cutoff times and things like that, you cannot get from Bobby. Though this list of not yet, was big, and last one and a half month, Akash and me have worked to make sure Bobby can do a lot more than it were used to a month back. Awesome. I don't I guess, Tristan specifically asked her on the barcodes that would fall under the managing the product catalog. Yeah. You can actually update the barcode information, from Bobby. So, since it has product tool access, you can pretty much change anything. As you can see, it's mentioned on the point number two. Barcode skew details, variants, packaging preferences. Anything you have on products and variants, you can update through Bobby. And, actually, like, HS companies, customs. info, Exactly. that's come up. I've seen. I've seen a lot of beta merchants. doing. that. That's very. true. Like, some of our top users were using, top beta users' usage were actually using packaging preferences and resolving orders that were stuck on hold because of that. Oh, great questions. Awesome. What else? I think we've answered most of them. Let me make sure I didn't. miss. anything. I would just reiterate while Ricky is looking for more. Do do give us feedback, and we're gonna choose some, more beta merchants, until it goes GA. So if you want to be part of sharing feedback and work closely with me and Cash in shaping this to GA, that will be a great opportunity. Yeah. I'm super excited for us to be able to pick those, new beta merchants and get some more get some more feedback as we get closer to making this live for everyone before peak season. Cool. Well, I'll pause for a few seconds if there are any other questions. If not, this content will be available on demand. So shortly after, you'll get a note and you'll be able to watch rewatch this or share it with others, that may not have been able to join us live. But thank you all so much for joining us today for our second, webinar in our AI series. And, as always, thank you to Sagar and Cash for all of your hard work making this happen and for everyone that tuned in and asked great questions. I hope everyone has a good rest of their day. Thank you, everyone. Thanks,
